Hey! My name is Allison Schoon and I live in Ellicott City, Maryland (15 minutes outside of Baltimore). I have a loving, supportive family that consists of my parents, my brother Chris, and my 3 animal creatures (2 cats and a dog). I’m a sophmore at University of Maryland, Baltimore County…yeah it’s a mouthful. I’m majoring in Music Education with my concentration being voice, but in all honesty have no idea what I want to be when I grow up. Actually, scratch that…I have TONS of ideas for what I want to be when I grow up, thats the problem.
I was saved when I was 9 years old, but that didn’t mean what it means to me now. Ever since then I have been in pursuit of learning more about God, and through that, learning more about myself. It just amazes me how many chances God as given me-past and present.
As a side note I also love hiking, reading, and writing poems and songs. I have a love-hate relationship with the zoo. And manatees and barn owls are my favorite animals. I’m a film and music snob at times, but am trying to be more gentle in my opinions. I was obsessed with N’Sync though, so you can always hold that against me.
I am REALLY excited to meet you all and am looking forward to May 29th when I finally can 🙂
