So, I'd be lying if I said I had no expectations, though that is probably ideal, at least in terms of living or traveling conditions.  I know not to expect nice, hot showers and plush surroundings, but it's hard not to envisage the things that we are so accustomed to.  However, I have very high expectations for God to show up in our daily lives.  I expect love and joy from each of us, and I hope that we find that reciprocal happiness in those that we witness to.  I expect a lot of tears (at least from me; I'm such a cry baby sometimes... ha) and a lot of laughter.  I have hope that each of us will experience something so great that we won't, that we can't come back unchanged.  I know God will use each of us according to our strengths so that we may proclaim the Glory of His name.
Amen.
