Hey team! In India you will be living in a house that has 8 bedrooms with 12 beds and mattresses. There are no bedding supplies on the beds so therefore you will need to bring stuff for your bedding. We recommend that you bring a fitted sheet and a flat sheet along with a pillow. The entire time that you are there the temperatures are going to be in the 100’s, so it really is not necessary to bring a sleeping bag or even a blanket. There also are no towels supplied for you there so you will need to pack that as well. Think of packing like you are going to go camping.
Here is a list of other good things to bring:
Seasonings for cooking-ranch powder, season all, tony’s, etc.
Headlamps-extra batteries
Baby wipes
Hand Sanitizer
A watch
Converter for electronics
Sunscreen
Nalgene or water bottle
Peanut butter for lunches
Vitamins-this will keep you healthier because the Indian diet does not give you enough nutrients)
Small backpack or day pack for ministry
Mosquito Repellant-the contact in India recommends burts bees, he says it works really well!
A quick question about the outlet converters. Will we be able to purchase those at the airport, or do we need to buy them before we leave?
100s! Glad we get 100+ in Vegas.
Although the humidity will be brutal..
