Your name has to be spelled correctly and exactly like it is on your passport. When we recieved your passport, we checked your name on your passport with your name in the database. Can you go on and check it again for us? Say, you are called Jenn but your full name on your passport is Jennifer. JENNIFER is what needs to show up on your account page. We can not be responsible for a name being incorrect on an airline ticket if it is wrong in the database.
The cost of the ticket is: $1,725
You need to have that much in your account before we can put your name on a ticket. If you do not have that much, work hard this month to get those funds in. Send out a newsletter or make some phone calls.
In two weeks if you do not have enough funds, we will be sending you another email and you will have to let us know how you are going to cover the cost of the ticket and what your plan is to get those finances in.
